No doubt, Google Adwords promotion strategies can drive highly-targeted prospects to your website, and can also become highly profitable for you — provided it’s done right.

As a matter of fact, this traffic strategy can send qualified prospects to your website, nearly instantly.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of website owners DON’T use Google Adwords effectively, and thus end up wasting money instead. (Or at least they dramatically limit the amount of profit they could be generating from their Google Adwords promotions).

These following five Adwords tips could help you achieve maximum online profits:

1. Begin With The Right Foundation…

You must start with relevant keywords, targeted ad-groups, and effective landing pages for your Adwords promotions. If you don’t, not only will your clicks cost a fortune, but your campaigns will constantly be hurt by poor Adwords “Quality Scores”.

2. Track Your Adwords Statistics And ROI…

Some of your campaigns will be profitable; while the majority will most likely not be (at least initially). Simply keep running the winning ones, and eliminate or tweak the losers. That’s the only way to discover what truly works, and what doesn’t.

3. Constantly Keep Optimizing Your Sales Process…

As you test new ad campaigns against your older ones, you will quickly recognize which ones attract and convert more prospects into buyers. As you continue doing this, your results (and profits!) will continue to increase.

4. Do Not Try To “Re-Invent The Wheel”…

Trying to master the Adwords game on your own efforts will be a frustrating, time-consuming and very expensive process. Instead, learn from the mistakes and experience of those who’ve already successfully been through that process. It will save you tons of time, money and massive headaches.

5. Get Accurate Adwords Advice…

Even worse than trying to learn Adwords on your own, is futilely doing the wrong tasks, because the advice you’re following is wrong. And unfortunately, too many so-called Adwords “experts” give out incorrect information, or else advice that’s long outdated. Because Google constantly changes their algorithms, what worked even a few months ago, might no longer be effective.

Your business already requires enough of your time and energy, without you having to stay up-to-date with what’s working right NOW with Adwords.

Without question, you can be far more productive with your time, by working on your business. When it comes to Adwords, you should instead simply find a qualified Adwords expert who will keep you updated on any changes that could affect your business.

If you successfully implement these five Adwords “secrets”, you’re virtually guaranteed to see remarkable increases in your online profits!
Will Halliburton has cracked the Google Adwords code… and shows 100% proof! Now you too can short-cut months (even years) of lost time, wasted money, and confusion: http://www.Adwords-Killer.com

//-->
Today, the major players are…

Yahoo! Search Marketing
Yahoo’s sponsored search lets you advertise your site in the search results of the following search engines: MSN, Yahoo, AltaVista, InfoSpace, AlltheWeb, and NetZero.

Google AdWords
With Google AdWords, you can have your ads show up in sponsored search listings for certain keywords and you can also advertise on other sites that match your audience. You can also search the exact keyword to match your site content from here.

MSN AdCenter
MSN has recently entered the arena of paid search with MSN AdCenter. So far, it’s the only PPC engine to offer keyword-based demographic targeting.

Paid search is one of the fastest ways to drive qualified traffic to your site… and if done properly, won’t break the bank. To learn how to profit from pay-per-click advertising in three simple steps.

And you can figure this out by plugging your key stats and figures into the following three simple steps:

STEP 1: Figure out your visitor-to-sale “conversion” rate:

To find out the number of visitors you need to close one sale, divide the number of unique visitors to your web site by your total number of sales. So, if you make one sale from every 100 unique visitors to your site, your conversion rate will be 1 in 100, or 1%.

STEP 2: Determine your net profit on each sale:

This is the amount you pocket after all expenses are covered. First, calculate your gross revenue. If you had 48 sales at $97 each during the month of September, your gross revenue for the month is $4,656 (48 x $97).

Then deduct expenses. Say it cost $3,183 to produce those 48 products:

$4,656 gross revenue – $3,138 expenses / 48 sales = $31.62 net profit per sale

STEP 3: Calculate your “value per visitor”: Divide your net profit per sale by the number of visitors you need to get one sale.

$31.62 net profit per sale / 100 visitors = .3162 per visitor That means each visitor to your web site is worth 31 cents. This is the amount you can afford to pay to attract one visitor to your web site — and should be your maximum bid for PPC advertising.

Now, you may be thinking that your 31-cent-per-keyword budget will automatically exclude you from bidding on competitive keywords… but that’s actually a good thing!

The keywords that tend to be expensive are often much too broad to be effective for small online businesses like yours. The more narrowly targeted your keywords are, the more targeted — and likely to buy! — your visitors will be.

Consider this: If you sell waterproof sport watches, and you bid on the keyword “watches,” it will cost you at least 90 cents to get a top-three ranking on Yahoo Search Marketing.

But if you bid on “waterproof sport watches” you’ll pay around 20 cents to get the same position.

Since there are so many types of watches out there, you’re far better off appealing ONLY to those people who are looking for exactly what you offer. They’re the people who will buy your product!

Just remember: Never bid more on your keywords and key phrases than you can afford… and you’ll get swarms of targeted, affordable PPC traffic — guaranteed!

Of the many tricks you will have to learn while trying to make money online, you are likely to remember the Google Adwords trick for one simple reason – it works. With Google Adwords, you are likely to make money, for real. And if false Internetesque promises of making you a millionaire within a month for a small investment has currently left you feeling swindled, it is time you rose up and gave yourself a different perspective, looked at the web through a new view and began again. Only this time, with the Google Adwords.

So what’s so special about Google Adwords you would ask? And we would say, well, for starters, it lets you connect with people you want and people who want you. How? Quite easy, really. What you will be doing with Google Adwords is you will be choosing a specific list of phrases or words that will be in perfect sync with the product you are selling. As a result, when a customer specifically looking for your product runs a Google search, he/she will immediately find your site and thereby, your product.

The thing is, most people searching the net for something know exactly what they are looking for. Similarly, if by means of Google Adwords, you choose a phrase or a word that exactly describes or identifies your product, every customer searching for your product will end up at your website.

But that doesn’t mean you should jump the gun and run out and buy yourself a dozen Google Adwords keywords blindly and hope to make a fortune. Thankfully, it takes more than that to make a hit with the system. Instead of plunging aimlessly, research extensively before making your investment and pin down your keywords wisely.

Begin by making a list of potential keywords or phrases that will work for you. Now, cut down on the number by realistically estimating which of them actually deserve the time and money you are about to put into them. If you are just starting out with Google Adwords, remember to play it safe. Don’t end up choosing a keyword or phrase that will cost you a fortune with every click. This way, you will keep a check on your budget and at the same time, learn a bit more about how the game is played.

Also, for your first campaign, try not to choose words that have a lot of competition, since that might turn out to be expensive. Remember, you are still a novice and there are bigger fish that know the game better than you. Taking them on at the first go would be utterly foolish.

With time and experience, you will get your share of competition with the big players. But if you do make money without venturing into the competitive zone, that can’t be too bad, either! So stick to your terms, once you get the hang of things, and continue making magic your own way.

PPC advertising is basically buying traffic from a search engine. You first have to go through a bidding war on your choice of keywords and only then do your ads begin to appear as you have set them up in your campaign.

The first key to success in PPC advertising is to choose the right keywords based on the main content of your website as well as the nature of your business. Keywords are the words users enter on a search engine when looking for information. The more specifically you can target those keywords the more prominently your advertisements are displayed. Note that popular keywords have higher bids. Your bid will determine the placement of your advertisement. The higher you bid the more hits you will generate but then take into account the conversion ratio before making outrageous bids.

The good thing about PPC is that it is all pretty straightforward. You do not need to be some sort of Internet guru to use it effectively and it is also quite economical so that even a person with modest budget can afford it. Finally, you only pay for your PPC ads when someone actually clicks on them. There is no cost for displaying them on the search results page. This is the most cost effective way of advertising on the Internet.

The obvious drawback is that your competitors can click on your ads just to raise your advertising bill. You will be spending money for no reason at all. The last disadvantage of PPC is that though it is effective it is not viable in the long term.

Creating effective pay per click advertisements is easier said than done. However, if you follow a few simple tips, you can write ads that will attract clicks. Here are five tips you can use to make sure your ads get clicks.

Be sure to persuade the searcher by letting them know you have what they are looking for. Include the name (or a description) of the product in your ad. Include it more than once if you can.

The landing page must deliver the promise you made in the ad (if your ad described red apples, the page your click takes the user to should tell them about red apples).

Narrow down your target market. You can’t sell everything to everyone with your ad. If some people will want the blue version of your product and some people will want an extra-large, create separate ads for each.

Use focused keywords for a targeted ad. For example, if you are selling a specific brand of ladies’ high heel shoes, do not bid on a keyword like “shoes”. In this case, “shoes” is too generic. Your ad could display for people looking for basketball shoes, flip flops, or work boots. That’s not what you’re selling. You are selling high heels, so pay for related keywords.

Write your ads to persuade. Even though you have very little space to work with, your ad is sales writing. Persuade the searcher. Get their attention. Start to sell!

Writing effective ads is a learned skill. Start out small and build on what works for you. The five tips listed above are a great start towards writing effective ads that get clicks. As you write ads, continue to educate yourself about effective ad writing. Many free resources are available to you – take advantage of them!

If you want to drive traffic to your website and increase sales, chances are you are working hard on optimizing your website for SEO and trying hard to add new content regularly. The problem is, not only is this approach time consuming, it takes a long time and no doubt, many a webmaster has lost his desire and his hopes have fizzled because of the lack of short term reward. The answer may well be pay per click internet advertising. Pay per click internet advertising is a way of purchasing advertising space on a search engine page by bidding on a search term. If you bid competitively for a particular term, you may well be placed on the same page as hard working webmasters who have optimized website pages to appear naturally on search engine results pages.

Here are five reasons to use pay per click internet advertising:

Pay per click internet advertising can work very quickly, even instantly. This is a huge advantage for a webmaster, particularly if you want to get a product onto the market quickly and your advertising is targeting it with the right keywords. Getting a quick response from targeted visitors can also create a momentum that can drive a promotion forward and create positive energy and new ideas to work in tandem with your pay per click internet advertising campaign.

Pay per click internet advertising can by-pass time consuming SEO strategies. This is worth mentioning again. It is not easy to create organic growth and appeal to the different search engine algorithms in order to land on the first page of search engine results. With effective pay per click internet advertising, you or advertisement can appear on the first page of search engine results at a reasonable price.

Pay per click internet advertising can significantly increase website traffic if you choose a relevant and reasonably popular keyword and write an appealing advertisement. You don’t need to spend a fortune to gain the first position, third or fourth position can work equally well and be substantially less expensive.

Pay per click internet advertising can be cost effective if used correctly. Not only can you save money by bidding for the third or fourth position, you can save a lot of money by bidding on a misspelling of a name. A lot of people typing in search terms spell the words incorrectly. If you were to research the common mis-spellings of your keyword, you may well be able to purchase it for next to nothing and yet gain a lot of targeted traffic.

Pay per click internet advertising can also be used to build an offline business by using geographical parameters. Google, for example, offers a geo-targeting option that is very useful if you are wanting physical visitors to your place of business.

Used correctly, pay per click internet advertising can hasten the success of your business venture and protect you against the pitfalls of growth that is too slow. Long term business success requires momentum because without it any enterprise can stagnate and fail. If you stay within your budget and pay attention to what is working and what is not, being willing to make adjustments where necessary, pay per click internet advertising can be the difference between success and failure.
